Last week we've bought a property in Blackpool. The property is over 20% below market value and in a fully rented state. It's a three storey property converted into four self-contained flats. The property is located close to the seafront being just one road away from the promenade and the town centre is just a short walk away.
Great Capital Partners shows that despite the Covid-19 pandemic and all the difficulties around Brexit, we are still able to add properties to our real estate portfolio. The goal for Q4 2020 is to at multiple properties to our portfolio.
